Each season, more than 1,400 players across 115 teams take the field with Hendricks Community Soccer.
Your sponsorship keeps registration affordable, enhances our facilities, and supports scholarships for families in need — all while giving your business valuable visibility to thousands of local families each week.
SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
| Diamond Sponsor | $4,000 — Sponsor one team per age division (9 total teams) (4U-Teen). Logo on nine team uniforms, featured banner at the complex, top recognition on website and social media and featured listing on the HCS sponsor webpage. |
| Platinum Sponsor | $2,500 — Sponsor five teams across age divisions. Logos on five (5) team uniforms, recognition on website and social media, featured listing on the HCS sponsor webpage and field sign. |
| Gold Sponsor | $1,000 — Sponsor two teams. Logos on two (2) team uniforms, recognition on the HCS website and social media, listing on the HCS Sponsor webpage and field sign. |
| Silver Sponsor | $750 — Sponsor one (1) team uniform, recognition on the HCS website and social media, listing on the HCS Sponsor webpage and field sign. |
| Bronze Sponsor | $500 — Sponsor one (1) team. Logo on team uniform, recognition on the HCS website and social media and listing on the HCS sponsor webpage. |
| Field Sign & Website Sponsor | $200 — Company name and logo on a field sign at the HCS complex, plus company logo and web link on the HCS website. |
SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES
• Diamond through Bronze Sponsors — Your logo will appear on the front of each team jersey you sponsor.
• Recognition on the HCS website and social media platforms
• Tax-deductible contribution — HCS is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
SPONSOR ELIGIBILITY
HCS reserves the right to approve or decline any sponsorship to ensure all partnerships align with our family-friendly, community-first values.
We cannot accept sponsorships from:
• Alcohol, tobacco, vape, or cannabis-related businesses
• Political campaigns, parties, or advocacy groups
• Religious organizations or churches
• Adult or sexually oriented businesses
• Any business promoting divisive or non-youth-appropriate content

To ensure logos are included on uniforms and signage, please note the following important dates:
• Sponsorship Deadline: March 1, 2026
• Payment Deadline: March 5, 2026
• Uniform Printing Begins: March 14, 2026
• Season Kickoff: April 11, 2026
